2. About finperiti

finperiti is an account management and compliance-support platform that enables organizations to onboard companies and customers, manage customer data, perform risk analysis, and generate compliance-related reports. finperiti does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally authorized to represent your organization and comply with applicable laws and regulations to use finperiti. Use of the platform is restricted to approved and verified organizations.

4. Account Registration & Access

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Access may be suspended or terminated if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use finperiti only for lawful purposes, including:

  • Customer onboarding and verification
  • Risk monitoring and reporting
  • Internal compliance and account management

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or fraudulent content.

6. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and validity of the data you upload or manage on finperiti, including customer information and documents.

7. Compliance & Regulatory Obligations

finperiti supports compliance processes but does not replace your organization’s regulatory responsibilities. You remain fully responsible for meeting all legal, AML, KYC, and reporting obligations applicable to your business.

8. Data Privacy & Security

finperiti takes reasonable measures to protect user data. Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and processed.

9. Suspension & Termination

finperiti reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Illegal or suspicious activities are detected
  • Required compliance standards are not met

10. Limitation of Liability

finperiti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
